In the unlikely event that it may be necessary to return an item, please contact us immediately. The Patio Outlet will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges, all returns require email or written authorization from The Patio Outlet in advance, where the product specific return address will be specified, and products cannot be returned after 10 days after receipt of goods.
