- Metal Frame Maintenance
- OW Lee metal furniture and fire pits are designed to require minimum maintenance. Metal frames/bases should be kept clean. Do not let dirt build up. Cleaning with mild soap and water, and seasonal touch-up of any scratches, chips or occasional rust seepage from crevices or hidden, unfinishable surfaces inherent in some ornate designs is required. Touch-up pens in matching frame colors are available through your retail dealer. Never leave furniture or fire pit standing in water. To keep your furniture or fire pit looking its best, you may wish to store or cover it when not in use for an extended period of time. More frequent care & maintenance may be required in coastal areas.
- Cushion Care
- OW Lee offers quality 100% solution dyed acrylics and only the finest outdoor foam and fiber fillings. Fabrics have been treated to resist stains and water before leaving the factory. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water using a sponge or soft scrub brush is all that is required.

- Satisfaction
- The Patio Outlet extends to each customer a quality satisfaction guarantee on every product we sell as each extraordinary piece in our collection is carefully selected using the highest standards for craftsmanship, quality and aesthetics. In the unlikely event that it may be necessary to return an item, please contact us immediately. The Patio Outlet will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges, all returns require email or written authorization from The Patio Outlet in advance, where the product specific return address will be specified, and products cannot be returned after 10 days after receipt of goods.
- Built To Order Products
- Products which are built to order, including but not limited to custom waterfalls, pool tables, garden buildings, cabins, gazebos, may not be returned nor will a customer be allowed to cancel an order once they have received a confirmation email or notification as no refund will be given. The aforementioned items are made to custom specifications. Please take extra-special care when ordering any built-to-order product.
- Return Instructions
- Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the factory boxes, contain all manuals, registration card(s), and accessories as applicable. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking charge plus shipping, handling and processing fees. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. The Patio Outlet is not responsible for return shipping costs and is not responsible for any shipping damage.
- Damaged By Shipper
- Damage caused by shippers must be reported and resolved with the delivering carrier or shipping company directly. All claims for discrepant material must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods, and must be exchanged or repaired. A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the The Patio Outlet Product Support Staff. Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a maximum restocking fee of 20% plus shipping, handling and processing fees.
- Credits for Returns
- Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles. Please keep in mind that Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.
